The sports coach Emmanuel Pothierfounder of Midtown Studio, is offering you a weekend bootcamp on 2 full days.
Discover a programme combining strength training and intense cardio through training sessions and stretch mobility. Motivating and effective activities to tone your body and challenge yourself.
After the effort - the reward! You will have the opportunity to savour the tasty and generous cuisine of Chef Frédéric Calmels, made with fresh and seasonal products.
*Bootcamp is a military-inspired method from the United States. Because it stimulates the muscles and cardiovascular system, resulting in high energy expenditure, it helps you tone up and lose weight. More than just a fitness routine, it aims to create a group dynamic to help each group member persevere in their efforts and approach everyday life with greater calm, control and perspective.
NB: This activity is accessible to everyone, the coach will adapt the exercises to suit your level. So whether you are a beginner or a more experienced athlete, you can take part in the bootcamp course. All that counts is your motivation!
