Frequently asked questions
The Spa by Caudalie is open from Monday to Thursday 10am-7pm, on Fridays and Saturdays 10am-8pm, on Sundays 9am-7pm.
For the well-being of our spa guests, the Spa by Caudalie facilities are accessible from the age of 16, with the reservation of a treatment or with a an access to the thermal bath and the hammam for 2 hours, subject to availability (42€/pers.).
Pets are welcome at Les Sources de Cheverny with a supplement of 30€/night, please inform our staff during your reservation.
Please note that pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed around our swimming pools or inside the restaurants.
Depending on the rate you choose, payment will be made either on booking or on check-out.
At check-in you will need a valid credit card and proof of identity.
If you have any difficulties in making your booking, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

We have 2 restaurants run by Chef Frédéric Calmels:
- The gastronomic restaurant Le Favori (1 Michelin star) welcomes you on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 19:30 to 21:30, Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 13:45 and from 19:30 to 21:30.

Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open from May to October from 9am to 9pm.
Access to the swimming pool is allowed for hotel guests only and without reservation.
We offer a babysitting service at a rate of 25 EUR/hour.
We serve a buffet breakfast every day from 7:30 to 10:30 in the restaurant or delivered in a basket to your room from 7:30 to 11:00.
You can choose to book your stay with or without breakfast.
If breakfast is not included in your reservation, it will be charged at EUR 30 per adult per day.
For children (up to 12 years), breakfast is charged at EUR 15/day.
Breakfast can be added at any time. Simply notify reception on arrival.
We have a free and secure car park. Our parking spaces are limited and allocated to our clients according to availability.
It is not possible to book them in advance. We offer free valet parking.
Babies are welcome.
We are able to provide you with a baby cot (charged at EUR 50/day) and a high chair in our restaurants.
Do not hesitate to notify this when making your reservation.

- 10 Superior rooms from 13 to 28 M² with a maximum capacity of 2 adults.
- 17 Prestige rooms from 28 to 37 M² with a maximum capacity of 2 adults.
- 8 Junior Suites from 31 to 44 M² with a maximum capacity of 3 adults.
- 13 Suites from 37 to 54 M² with a maximum capacity of 4 adults.
- Our 47 m² Signature Suite Le Baron Perché has a maximum capacity of 2 adults.

Cancellations are allowed until 4pm, 2 days before arrival.
On 24 and 25 December, cancellations are allowed until 4pm, 7 days before arrival; on 30 and 31 December: until 4pm, 15 days before arrival.
Stays are not refunded in case of cancellation or early departure.
By booking directly with us, you will benefit from the best rates.
Rooms and suites are available at 15:30 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.
