An exceptional dinner by Frédéric Calmels x Domaine Pascal Jolivet

On the occasion of the 1era edition of their Winegrower's Evening, The Cheverny Springs invite you to an exceptional dinner on Thursday 20 April at the Michelin starred restaurant Le Favori.
The Domaine Pascal JolivetA wine producer in the Sancerre appellation with whom we have the pleasure of collaborating, joins Chef Frédéric Calmels to take you on a journey to the land of winegrowing, on the border of the gardens of France and the forest of Sologne.
For the occasion, the Chef will concoct a unique 6-step tasting menu, with food and wine pairings (200€).
You will have the opportunity to taste the 2022 vintage, officially announcing the AB certification of all the plots of land of the Maison Pascal Jolivet.
